In Pennsylvania, the address at which you are registered to vote determines your polling place. In addition to where you vote, your address also determines your local and regional districts and, in turn, what options will be on your ballot..
Per the Radnor Township Home Rule Charter, Radnor Township is subdivided into seven wards. Each ward further divided into 2 or more precincts, each of which has a polling place.

The Delaware County Board of Elections has the authority to move these precincts. As per the Radnor Township Home Rule Charter, the Board of Commissioners goes through a process of evaluating the ward and precinct boundaries after each census.
