THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERSOF RADNOR TOWNSHIP |
Welcome to the website of the League of Women Voters of Radnor Township. The League of Women Voters has been active in Radnor since 1920, when women won the right to vote. Since then we have worked to make Radnor better in many ways. We are a nonpartisan group, but politically active in support of good government and candidate information. What we want is better health, education, environmental quality, land use planning, recreational opportunities, voting rights, and much more, for us all. As a local league, we are part of a nationwide network of leagues, organized in the same way as governments, with local, inter-local, state, and national levels and officers. Click on the "websites of interest" and other links at left for more detail. Other news and ideas -- why not join us at our next monthly LWV-Radnor Board Meeting (See Calendar).
