THE LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS

OF RADNOR TOWNSHIP

Welcome to the website of the League of Women Voters of Radnor Township.

The League of Women Voters has been active in Radnor since 1920, when women won the right to vote. Our 2008 Radnor LWV president is Karen Wilson.

Since then we have worked to make Radnor better in many ways. We are a nonpartisan group, but politically active in support of good government and candidate information. What we want is better health, education, environmental quality, land use planning, recreational opportunities, voting rights, and much more, for us all.

As a local league, we are part of a nationwide network of leagues, organized in the same way as governments, with local, inter-local, state, and national levels and officers. Click on the links to the left for more detail.

We encourage everyone to vote in the coming election on November 4th. Your vote is your voice. The polls are open from 7 am to 8 pm. Vote early for turnout may be very high.
